How it works

Riding with coached workouts inside 24 hours.

Six steps from signup to structured training. The plan is written overnight from the recovery data your devices already collect, so the first thing you see each morning is what to do today and why.

  1. 01

    Connect your devices

Link WHOOP, Eight Sleep or Oura for recovery, plus your Garmin or Wahoo for rides and workout push. Takes under two minutes.

  2. 02

    Set your goal

A Gran Fondo, crit season, general fitness, or getting your health back. Tell us the days and hours you can actually train.

  3. 03

    Wake up to the plan

Built overnight from your recovery, before you're up. It's in your Google Calendar and on your head unit.

  4. 04

    Ride with structure

Follow the intervals on your bike computer — power targets, cadence cues, duration, all tuned to today's readiness.

  5. 05

    Log your fuel

Snap a photo, scan a barcode, or type what you ate. Fueling targets move with the load you're carrying.

  6. 06

    Watch it compound

CTL climbs, TSB manages itself, FTP moves. Every number comes with what it means for your goal.

What you need to start

Two minutes of setup. You don’t need every device — here’s exactly what changes with each one.

Required

A head unit or bike computer

Garmin, Wahoo or similar. That's it — we push your workouts to it and read your rides back.

Recommended

A continuous monitoring device — WHOOP, Eight Sleep, Oura

This is where the magic happens. Round-the-clock HRV, sleep and strain is what lets the plan rebuild itself every morning instead of adjusting weekly from ride data alone. Stack more devices and it gets sharper.

Optional

Power meter, smart trainer, Google Calendar, CPAP data

Power sharpens interval targets, but heart rate and pace work fine to start. Calendar sync puts plans in your week; CPAP records unlock the Sleep Lab.
